Get to know Addiction Medicine Physician Dr. David Michael Sherman, who serves patients in Florida & Missouri.

Dr. Sherman, a top addiction medicine physician, is the CEO of Wellness Treasure in Florida and now in St. Louis, Missouri. He leads a highly-trained staff of master level certified addiction professionals. Men and women from all over Missouri and the United States come to Wellness Treasure to get the recovery care they need and deserve. A Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM), the doctor is board-certified in addiction medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Following the completion of his bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in 1982, Dr. Sherman went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in 1988. He then performed his residency in otolaryngology at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1995. He completed a two-year fellowship in addiction medicine within the Department of Psychiatry, Division of Addiction Medicine, at the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2016.
